For more than 30 years the Roman Catholic Mission, has provided one of the Missionaries regularly to attend the Gaol: Hongkong Roman Catholic Chaplain to the greatest satisfaction of the prisoners and the authorities superintending the Gaol; and likewise provided a clergyman to attend the Civil Hospital regularly where [...] satisfactorily.
